Announces the Certis BIOKI01 Thermal-Sweep-Sensor Support for BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine V 1.05.02 One of the Industry’s Fastest Identification Solutions.(VIENNA, AUSTRIA, May 06) — Biometrix Int. ( www.biometrix.at ) , a leading provider of biometric identification technology, announced the availability of BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine Ver. 1.05.01, a comprehensive fingerprint recognition technology that matches up to 20,000 fingerprints per second. BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine’s high speed allows it to be used for both fingerprint identification and fingerprint verification.
Designed for biometric system and software developers, the product easily integrates with existing security systems and works with all scanners, databases and user interfaces.
The Certis BIOKI01 Thermal-Sweep-Sensor Desktop Reader for USB offers an excellent image quality with fast data transfer and accept small-size, calloused, dirty, dry and wet fingers and prevents the use of fake finger.

When running on a Pentium 1.5 GHz system, BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine matches 20,000 fingerprints per second. Many competing technologies match only between 8 and 100 per second.
BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine software is currently licensed to companies around the world. It is available as a software developer’s kit (SDK) for Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP. Developer has complete control over SDK data input and output. Therefore SDK functions can be used in connection with any scanner, any database, and any user interface. BioCheck Fingerprint Search Engine Ver. 1.05.01 comes with ODBC driver for SQL databases and can act as a server/client via TCP/IP.
