Jobwiwi.de - Jobs for economists

Jobwiwi GmbH (Jobwiwi.de) is an online job market for economists, exclusively focussing on the sectors business administration, economics and economic education. The web portal will be launched in August 2009.

Jobwiwi’s concept is to provide a platform on which companies can categorise their adverts precisely, thus they are able to address a specific target audience and therefore reduce the spreading losses. Jobseekers can find jobs amongst others in the departments Finance, Marketing, Controlling and Sales quickly and simply.

Furthermore, an innovative profile database enables companies and head-hunters to search directly for top-candidates: Executives, experts and graduates can enter their résumé into the profile database, including specifications, expertise, work experiences, certificates, additional qualifications and other relevant data. They can also directly apply for a suitable vacancy with their profile.

Several promotion-activities are planned throughout Germany within the next weeks: besides online- and print-advertisement, Jobwiwi will be present at universities, job fairs and other career-events. An attractive lottery offers an additional incentive for economists to visit the website.
