Illius is an organisation formed to operate in the housing market as a result of the difficult economic climate. It is anticipated that Illius will purchase and manage a number of residential properties until such a time as market conditions allow for them to be sold.Illius is a new and evolving company and it was clear from the outset that the software had to be flexible and able to develop in line with changing business needs.
