(openPR) - SAP consulting company once again reports customer in the automotive supplier industry
Best (The Netherlands) /Bielefeld (Germany), July 16, 2009 – The SAP consulting house itelligence today reported the successful SAP production start at MCi (Mirror Controls international) Holdings B.V., Montfoort, The Netherlands, in all divisions of the company. The company, founded in 1935, is the worldwide leading manufacturer of actuators for external automotive mirrors and has 500 employees worldwide.
After a very short implementation period of only about eight months at the Dutch plant and the subsequent rollout in Ireland and Mexico, around 200 users are working with it.automotive supplier, the industry solution refined by itelligence for the needs of the automotive supplier industry based on SAP Business All-in-One from SAP.
With the successful rollout, all group companies worldwide, including Administration, Production, Sales, and Logistics now have access to a single SAP system. In the next step, itelligence consultants will connect the new MCi plant in China to the MCi SAP system. The Engineering department also profits from it.automotive supplier with the implementation of document control and the planned implementation of the CAD interface for Pro Engineer. In the coming months Business Objects for more tailor made reporting purposes will be implemented.
