Tirol Werbung selects Marketing Resource Management System BrandMaker
Press release from: BrandMaker GmbH
(openPR) - Karlsruhe, July 7, 2009 +++ BrandMaker GmbH, Europe’s largest provider of Marketing Resource Management (MRM)-Systems, has acquired Tirol Werbung as a new client. Currently, the Marketing Planner module of the MRM solution suite is being implemented at Tirol Werbung and customized to the specific requirements of the state’s tourism advertising organization. From August 2009, Tirol Werbung will use the software to optimize the planning, budgeting, coordination, execution and controlling of its advertising campaigns. Being the organization’s central marketing platform, BrandMaker will in the future provide an up-to-date overview of all advertising activities in Tirol’s tourism at any time and is intended to improve the cross-regional chronological and local coordination of advertising campaigns. On the one hand, the Marketing Planner will be used by the members of the central marketing organization of Tirol Werbung and on the other hand, about 20 of its 36 regions will eventually work with the web-based tool.
Tirol Werbung selected BrandMaker after an elaborate selection process and subsequent to the final product presentations of six different providers. The main requirement was the result controlling – the central and local advertising activities were to be made measurable to a greater extent. With BrandMaker, Tirol Werbung will in the future be able to identify a quantitative value generated for each activity and thus to compare the efficiency of different campaigns. For this purpose, KPIs are stored, which are used by BrandMaker to generate benchmarks for all success factors on demand. Due to open interfaces, the BrandMaker Marketing Planner was easily integrated into the existing IT infrastructure. Data such as costs, invoice numbers, cost centers, project IDs etc. will in the future be transmitted from the archiving tool to BrandMaker and from there to a project management tool, thus making it possible for many workflows to be executed in an automated and standardized way.
