(openPR) - DALLAS – McKool Smith co-founder Mike McKool and firm principal Robert M. Manley have earned spots on D Magazine’s 2009 listing of the “Best Business Lawyers in Dallas.”
To compile the “Best Business Lawyers” list, D Magazine editors solicited nominations from attorneys across the city. A blue-ribbon panel of attorneys worked with D Magazine’s staff to create the final list, which highlights 226 of Dallas’ top lawyers who devote most of their practice to representing businesses. The complete list will be featured in the July 2009 edition of D Magazine, and will be available throughout the year at www.dmagazine.com.
This marks the sixth consecutive time Mr. McKool has been highlighted on D Magazine’s listing of Dallas’ best lawyers. Mr. McKool serves as trial counsel for some of the world’s largest corporations, including major airlines, energy companies, telecommunications firms and investment banking houses. He has been recognized by Texas Lawyer newspaper as one of the state’s “Go-To Lawyers” for civil litigation, and the Dallas Business Journal has profiled him as one of the city’s top business defense attorneys.
Mr. Manley has repeatedly earned recognition in D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers” list, as well as the publication’s separate ranking of city’s top young lawyers.
