After strenuous lab testing and verification, CTI Group’s hosted call recording was found to be the most secure, user-friendly, and cost-effective call recording solution that met the specific needs of Alteva and its small business and enterprise customers.

Alteva is proud of their record as industry pioneers in quality and reliability. As the VoIP industry continues to grow, the applications and features required are continuing to grow as well. Alteva offers IP telephony service using BroadSoft’s BroadWorks switching platform.
