Press release from: Market Technologies

Wesley Chapel, Fla., November 13, 2017 – Market Technologies, the company behind the artificial intelligence trading software called VantagePoint, hosted a party over the weekend for patients and their families at Tampa Bay Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Earlier this year, Lane Mendelsohn, Vice President of Market Technologies, announced the partnership with Shriners for Q3 of 2017. Then, later at the company’s quarterly event, he announced the extension of the partnership through the remainder of the year for Q4 of 2017.
Since forming this partnership, Market Technologies has been donating a portion of its sales to benefit the children at the hospital. Shriners Hospitals for Children has 22 locations in Canada, Mexico and the United States which provide care for children suffering from a wide range of pediatric orthopedic conditions regardless of the families' ability to pay.
In addition to their ongoing monetary donations to Shriners, Market Technologies sponsored the event for the patients and their families, to provide them with a memorable experience full of happiness. Each patient received a personalized invitation in the mail to the party, with thirteen patients and their families, including twenty-one siblings, in attendance. In addition to a tour of the hospital, the event included food, games, and interactive performances by the popular children’s entertainer, Mr. Tommy.
The party was a huge success, measured by the smiles on the kids’ faces and the positive feedback by the patients, their families as well as the staff of Market Technologies who were in attendance. The event was both heartwarming and rewarding. Joyce, an employee of Market Technologies, said, “I’m very grateful to work for a company that believes in giving back.”
The company, founded in 1979 by trading software pioneer, Louis Mendelsohn, has contributed both money and time to a number of charitable organizations. What makes this particular cause so special is the fact that Shriners Hospitals for Children has its national headquarters in Tampa, Florida near where Market Technologies is located. This proximity allows for local events like the one hosted by Market Technologies this past weekend, where its staff members can meet face to face with those children who benefit directly from Market Technologies’ partnership with Shriners.
Market Technologies staff members are very excited to extend the partnership through the rest of the year, and look forward to continuing and strengthening its partnership with Shriners in the future for many years to come. Since 2007, the Mendelsohn family and Market Technologies have donated more than $592,000 to local and national non-profit organizations thanks largely to the success that the company has achieved by providing VantagePoint to its nearly 25,000 customers around the world who use the software to trade or invest in the financial markets using its artificial intelligence, machine learning capabilities of neural networks at finding patterns and relationships in today’s global markets and using this data to make highly accurate short term forecasts of hundreds of global markets each day. The company’s involvement with Shriners Hospitals for Children helps to fulfill its corporate mission to not only change the lives of its customers but also to pay it forward by helping change the lives of those less fortunate who can benefit from Market Technologies’ support.

Founded by Louis B. Mendelsohn in 1979, Market Technologies is an Inc. 500 company headquartered in the Tampa Bay area. It is the recognized global leader in market trend forecasting with customers in over a hundred and twenty countries worldwide.
