Management of world tolerance project reschedules closing date

(openPR) - The first closing date of the world tolerance project “Stories of Faith“ was rescheduled to April 27th, 2006. The management of the Irish private limited company announced this decision on Monday morning after a meeting in Berlin at the weekend. The media project with a high international reputation offers a comprehensive range of products, from feature films through DVDs to books. The return-oriented private placement with a franchising marketing concept will allow an insight into the five large world religions. It is aimed at qualified and institutional investors. 3 Mio Euro in preferred A shares for project development purposes and 73 Mio Euro in common shares expect a forecasted IRR (internal rate of return) of about 25% before tax.
