ABAS brings process oriented architecture (POA) to a new

Karlsruhe, March 05th, 2009 – ABAS and their global software partners will present further developments of its abas Business Software at this year’s CeBIT: Hall 5 / Booth A18.

A newly developed series of Workbenches gives abas users the advantage of being able to manage any process from a single screen. This new development revolutionizes the way ERP is implemented and used.

ABAS delivers pre-defined configurable process-based workbenches. From these screens, users can create and manage transactions, utilize process flow and workflow, call external systems, and have access to all necessary information, instead of working with multiple windows. abas users are able to make quick decisions and to optimize the management of business processes.

Customized Workbenches
In the past, complicated commands and multiple windows limited the users’ ability with early ERP-Systems. Today, with abas Business Software, the user is able to complete all their tasks with in one pre-configured or customized Workbench. Process Oriented Architecture (POA) and the high flexibility of abas Business Software meet every industry’s requirements. During implementation, customers pick from a series of processes to define their business model and the deployment of the system is derived from a small set of these process oriented flows to significantly decrease implementation time and cost.
