Bielefeld, March 3, 2009 – True to its motto “We make more out of SAP solutions”, itelligence AG will this year be presenting at CeBIT its fixed-price SAP All-in-One CRM package that is especially designed to provide swift and clearly calculable benefits for the midmarket.

The new it.compact CRM solution from itelligence offers an SAP All-in-One solution with SAP CRM that is clearly tailored to the needs of SMEs. The solution can be integrated easily into existing SAP ERP customer solutions. The implementation and consulting services contained in the SAP All-in-One CRM solution including the fields of marketing, sales and analytics are available for EUR 19,900 plus the licenses for the SAP All-in-One CRM engine for EUR 9,900 and SAP application user licenses.

According to Alexander Jung, Head of Special Expertise Consulting CRM, “This fixed price solution is incorporated in our sophisticated project methodology so that the price includes a complete solution description and process overview as well as user, configuration and installation documentation on the basis of SAP Best Practices CRM, all of which is integrated into the SAP ERP processes.”

Specifically, the solution comprises campaign management for marketing, lead management and interaction center marketing. For sales, the solution provides account and contact management, activities management, opportunity management and pipeline/performance management as well as analysis tools with reporting and interactive reporting.
