Excerpt of the Newsletter:

LOSS REDUCTION SUPPLY CHAIN
European Initiatives and innovative preventative concepts

Juergen Kempf, co founder of TAPA EMEA in 1999, has established his innovative business and concept approach in a niche market.
Prevention and logistics security – two areas he knows by heart. That’s why he founded his own company – K2Q, based in Munich and Paris, working with international consultants, acting European wide.
Their specialty - K2Q (key to quality) fights losses in the whole supply chain – physical and personnel countermeasures but focusing on improvements in logistics processes.
And they are very successful:
For example - during a six month project in Germany they could reduce losses and damages by 67 % and thefts by 78 %. Overall savings 748.000 Euro.
And within four month they reduced thefts in France by 75% with 381.000 Euro savings.
For more details please see:
www.k2q.de/content/k2qerfolge_eng.html
And their charges:
They guarantee that they will reduce the losses in a defined time depending on the customer’s data.
And the commonly defined goal will be part of their offer. During the project the customer pays only the consultants expenses and a “basic fee” (tbd).
The rest - based on success!
