(openPR) - Dormagen, Germany - February 2, 2009: With the new version 2.07 of Easy2Sync for Outlook it’s easier than ever before to synchronize not only e-mails, but also calendar items, contacts and notes – separately. For this the new version includes a new filter dialog. Each of the different object types can be simply activated here. This makes it easier to exclude (for example) the contacts from the sync – or to synchronize only the contacts and nothing else, because the user doesn’t need to worry about folder names any more.

The new filter adds to the already extensive filter options of Easy2Sync for Outlook. Apart from the new object type filter, the program can only exclude Outlook items by:
• Folder
• Subject
• Category
• Age
• Spam-Probability
• „Private“ Flag

These filters can also be used in combination. This makes it possible to synchronize only the non-private calendar items, for the contacts only the ones with the category “Business partners” and for e-mails only the ones received in the last 21 days.

Easy2Sync for Outlook synchronizes Microsoft Outlook data in PST files and Exchange profiles. All versions/combinations since Outlook 97 and Windows 98 (this includes Vista and Outlook 2007) are supported. The update is free for all registered users of Easy2Sync for Outlook 1.x or 2.x

Easy2Sync for Outlook 2.07 runs under Windows 98, MT, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista and costs $49 (USD) for a home edition license and $79 (USD) for a business edition.
