Press release from: MASSAGE Magazine

MASSAGE Magazine has expanded its outreach to the massage and bodywork community by launching pages on the popular networking sites Facebook and Twitter.

“It’s a natural extension of the type of community and reader bond we have established on the magazine’s Web site, MASSAGEmag.com,” said Jennifer Whalen, the magazine’s associate editor of integrated media. “We are continuously searching for ways to further connect the massage industry and stimulate feedback from readers and experts. This seemed to be the ideal next step.”

The Facebook and Twitter pages feature the latest articles, tips and news items from MASSAGEmag.com, as well as product information and site updates. They also offer a comfortable platform to initiate discussions with MASSAGE Magazine editors and readers.

“We are happy to expand our reach to massage therapists via other outlets by providing articles, tips and news items in the Facebook and Twitter communities,” said Manuel Lirio, the magazine’s vice president of Web operations. “This is just another way that MASSAGEmag.com proves to be the premier online community for massage therapists.”

In addition, the Facebook page also features a gallery of MASSAGE Magazine’s memorable issue covers.
