Olching, 27th January 2009: serVonic’s unified messaging solution IXI-UMS and Funkwerk’s bintec Routers perfectly work together in the field of fax and virtual environments. serVonic has certified Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH as Technology Partner in the field of communication hardware. Therewith, serVonic confirms the problem-free application of IXI-UMS as fax solution with Funkwerk bintec Routers. This constellation is particularly interesting for the operation of the IXI-UMS solution in terms of virtualization with ISDN: Whereas conventional ISDN-boards do not provide any drivers for the installation on VMware and Hyper-V at the moment, serVonic IXI-UMS can be deployed with bintec hardware also for ISDN-connection on virtual servers.
