Cott Systems and Ashtabula County team up for historical 200th implementation

Cott Systems announced their 200th installation of their resolution solution today. Ashtabula County, OH now utilizing resolution3, Cott’s newest addition to the resolution brand, joined 199 other counties across 19 states to implement a resolution records management solution from Cott Systems. Ashtabula County also joins a growing number of counties in Ohio to choose Cott resolution3.

Cott Systems was selected as the vendor of choice for Ashtabula County earlier this fall because of their advancement in technology and extensive knowledge and experience in helping county recorders across the nation increase accuracy and office productivity.

Resolution3, the latest investment by Cott to continue to advance this product, is now available in Ohio and many other states. The new solution not only gives recorders’ offices a wide range of workflow options, it also helps them to be more accurate in their indexing of documents by offering OCR (optical character recognition) technology that verifies their work against a scanned document. Additionally, resolution3 will give county recorders the opportunity to utilize new optional technologies and services like AutoRedaction of sensitive information (to help protect against identity theft), AnyPoint Scan, eRecording, eBackup (Disaster Recovery Service), eCommerce, and more.
