Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) in Thailand relies on Conigma™

(openPR) - Conigma™ CCM for automation of ITIL-compliant processes for SAP Change, Release and Transport Management in productive use for over three months
Munich, December 16, 2008 - Galileo Tools GmbH, one of the leading suppliers of software solutions for SAP® Change, Release and Transport Management, announces, that after a successful trial period of six months, Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) in Thailand is using Conigma CCM in production mode now since over three months. SIS has located one of its largest AMC’s (Application Management Center) for SAP in Thailand: here SIS customizes, maintains and operates not only the SAP systems of all Siemens AG subsidiaries in Asia, the Pacific Rim and South America but also SAP systems of external clients.
By utilizing the Conigma Suite, SIS Thailand ensures that on the one hand the processes for SAP Change, Release and Transport Management conforming to ITIL which are stipulated within the company are performed with maximum efficiency, while on the other hand adherence to these processes by all parties involved is guaranteed. As a result all compliance aspects are covered, while at the same time the quality of SAP changes is significantly improved – and all this with reduced through-put times and lower costs.

The Conigma Suite
In addition to the core product, Conigma CCM, the Conigma Suite comprises additional modules - Conigma QCOPY and Conigma DEVSYNC – which can also be licensed as individual products. The Conigma Suite enables SAP customers to significantly improve their IT processes for maintenance, development and operation of SAP resulting in higher productivity, lower costs and full compliance. At the same time, the quality of SAP Changes as well as the availability of SAP systems is raised.
