Seminar Set To Help Small Businesses Maximize Sales Through Their Websites
Press release from: The Business Professionals Network
(Lithonia, GA – March 13,2006) The average Internet user spends less than four minutes visiting a website. With the latest statistics revealing over 1,000,000,000 Internet users worldwide, many small businesses cannot afford to lose potential sales due to hasty website departures by prospects and customers. On Saturday, March 18, 2006 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn at Stonecrest, The Business Professionals Network will host a seminar to equip small businesses with website essentials that surpass prospects’ and customers’ wants and needs while boosting sales.
“Website Tune-ups That Boost Sales” will be presented by Lisa Sims, President/CEO, The IT Mechanic and founder of The Business Professionals Network. Participants will learn to identify essential website design elements, promote their websites, increase website traffic, and write compelling web content.
“In today’s competitive marketplace, it takes more than having a website for businesses to differentiate themselves from their competition and attract customers,” states Lisa Sims, founder of The Business Professionals Network and President/CEO of The IT Mechanic. “Websites must satisfy prospects’ and customers’ wants and needs or solve their problems before businesses can realize a positive return on investment and increased sales.”
The seminar cost is $30 and includes handouts. The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 7890 Mall Ring Road in Lithonia, Georgia near Stonecrest Mall. The first 10 registrants will receive a free website assessment checklist. For more information or to register, visit www.bpronetwork.com or call Lisa Sims at 770-815-4092.
