(openPR) - Americana Community Bank is inviting its current customers and area residents to its annual Celebrate Generosity Holiday Open House on Friday, November 21. In light of celebrating generosity, from November 14 to December 31, 2008, Americana Community Bank customers may recognize the good works of their favorite nonprofit organizations, which will then be prominently displayed in each bank lobby.
Also to go along with the holiday theme of “Celebrate Generosity,” from November 24 to December 5, 2008, individuals will have the opportunity to bid in a silent auction for several themed gift baskets created by bank employees. Basket themes include: spa treatment, a fun evening in, and camping survival. Proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to charity.
In addition to recognizing area nonprofit organizations, guests at the Celebrate Generosity Holiday Open House will have the opportunity to visit with Americana Community Bank employees and enjoy giveaways and refreshments.
