“Our ERP (Chempax) and CRM (eChempax) applications are designed to fit the way you work. We encourage our customers to customize and extend the use of Chempax and eChempax within their organization with our built-in tools, ongoing support, and training,” said Datacor President Sean W. Online Training Videos

Online training videos are accessible anytime from the Datacor website (www.datacor.com) and via the online help built into Chempax. Interactive tutorials, available for each module, give customers the benefit of learning at their own pace and convenience. The videos cover every aspect of Chempax including order entry, invoicing, formula based chemical manufacturing, purchasing, inventory management and control, pricing, sales analysis, and regulatory compliance. eChempax training videos cover sales management, notes and call reports, order processing, and prospect and customer management.

Interactive Webinars

Datacor offers an interactive webinar series that provides in-depth information on job processes and standard operating procedures. These process-specific webinars teach “best practices” within the Chempax application. The webinars were designed to educate beyond the basics and include a full analysis of the different tasks required to optimize processes. Customers receive on-the-spot answers to their specific needs and are introduced to alternative methods of solving problems during the lively Q&A. Webinars introduce tools and options that guide users to customize their software and maximize their efficiency.

“This brings our customers together in an interactive environment guided by the Datacor team to learn and how to collaborate on improving the efficiency of their organization,” said O’Donnell. “While learning online, our customers enjoy the flexibility of our training program and the opportunity to expand their knowledge of Chempax and eChempax.”
