Press release from: ICON Supply Chain Management
(openPR) - Karlsruhe/Santa Clara, January 31, 2005. Christian Schulz, CEO of ICON's North American subsidiary will take on the additional role of COO for ICON's worldwide operations.

Christian Schulz (35) has been with ICON for the last 7 years and has held various positions within the company, from Consultant to CEO of ICON Supply Chain Management, an incorporated subsidiary of ICON in the US. In 1998 he joined ICON in Karlsruhe, Germany and began working in North America in 1999. He has been living in San Jose, California since the US subsidiary was established in 2000.

The substantial growth that ICON enjoyed over the last few years has primarily been due to the successful expansion in the North American market under Christian Schulz. The COO, who will also remain as CEO of the North American subsidiary, has been chosen for this position as a result of his continued demonstration of exceptional leadership and the strong performance of the areas he managed. Supported by industry experts in Karlsruhe and San Jose, Chris Schulz will focus on managing complex international projects.

Michael Keppler and Kurt Mannchen, CEOs and owners of the parent company in Germany will rely on Christian Schulz to take the corporation to yet another level of successful growth. "With the addition of Chris Schulz to our executive management team we are responding to the rapid expansion of ICON. Our company is known for effective consulting services and reliable solutions. As COO Chris will help us to strengthen this competitive edge in an international environment", both owners assert.
