This strategic partnership provides InnovaSafe clients with the opportunity to set up secure, central IP escrow repositories that can be updated in real time. Chaperon’s inspecting station technology then allows third parties to browse, view, and inspect source code IP, while making it virtually impossible to copy or pirate.

InnovaSafe’s IP-Ensure solutions, powered by Chaperon’s patent-pending technology, gives owners/licensors and developers/licensees the opportunity to interact in real time with IP without having to move it. The IP-Ensure escrow is active and up-to-date and eliminates the need to wait for shipment of code via couriers or lengthy downloads from FTP sites.
