My network - Community facility that allows user to communicate and stay in connected with other users (agent/buyers/seller) A user can invite multiple friends by sending email. In addition to this, all the contacts can be imported easily from Gmail, Yahoo mail, and Hot Mail.

My profile - feature allows a user to view and edit profile details.

Create and Print Flyer feature - allows authorized user to create and print custom flyer from available flyer design.

Other than this the ASP.Net application offered several other features such as my listing which allows the user to search and save properties on the basis of a city, zip, state, country, type, and budget. Another interesting feature is the loan calculator which calculates loan on the basis of loan amount, interest rate, loan period in years, and start date.
