Darden Business Publishing, a branch of the highly acclaimed Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, carries one of the most recognized collections of business cases in the United States. Their extensive library of business cases has been built up over decades by Darden’s esteemed faculty, and is extremely popular among instructors and students across the nation and around the world. In early 2008, Darden Business Publishing selected Singularity to redesign its online storefront. Key goals for this redesign were increased online sales and enhanced brand visibility.

The new Darden Business Publishing website, located at store.darden.virginia.edu, is heavily integrated with Darden’s business systems and processes, including payment processing, back end accounting, CRM, DRM, and document management. These integrated systems will help to streamline the division’s workflow, while the public face of the site improves the customer experience.
