Bouygues has been using Orga Systems’ OPSC Billing System since 1997. Orga Systems has recently delivered an upgrade of this system to Bouygues Telecom. The latest OPSC release offers versatile new features and functionalities and incorporates the upgraded InCore In-Memory database technology by Orga Systems. The new database version dramatically improves the overall rating and charging performance, which significantly cut costs.
