(openPR) - As part of Nvolve’s October Roadshow Nvolve are inviting companies to attend seminars to learn more about how the HR function globally is shifting into a “Talent Management” function. The seminar will include information of the impact this will have on companies.

Young workers are expected to change jobs 12 to 15 times during their careers and even change careers several times.

This seminar will aid organisations into determining what this new Talent Management process is and how it is taking shape in Ireland. Nvolve will release information on the latest techniques being used by leading organisations and also explain in more details what exactly Integrated Talent Management means.
