This election positions Cordell & Cordell, P.C. to accommodate additional opportunities for growth within existing and new markets.
A seasoned attorney practicing in domestic litigation for 17 years, Mr. Murphy brings a wealth of litigation experience handling complex domestic relations cases. Most recently, he served as the Managing Attorney for the St. Louis office and the Team Leader for the firm’s south central region. He has been on the forefront of battling heated custody cases involving allegations of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Many of his cases involved dealing with children with special needs, relocation issues and parental alienation. Mr. Murphy has handled many complex financial cases involving closely-held corporations, trusts, pre-nuptial agreements and spousal support claims. Mr. Murphy has fought cases at both the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Supreme Court.
