(openPR) - ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO, - August 25, 2008 : – ARC Renewables, LLC, announced today that it is seeking a solar development partner for approximately 700 acres of land it purchased in Southwest New Mexico. "As green field developers we identify and analyze renewable energy opportunities; then, partner with best in class companies for joint completion of development and construction tasks,” said Rich Moretz, COO of ARC Renewables. “There are multiple renewable RFP's out for bid in New Mexico and our site has all the resources – strong solar, on site transmission lines and flat land. We are open to any partnership structure that benefits both the partners and power consumers in New Mexico,” he added. “We have made a significant investment in New Mexico, and as property owners, we will be certain that our neighbors within the community are treated fairly and equitably.” The type of solar technology used for the project will be jointly selected by ARC Renewables and its new partner. The new solar facility is scheduled to be in operation within 24 to 48 months.
