(openPR) - On the heels of a MAME 2007 win this past April, L&A Marketing and Advertising, Inc. has now taken home a prestigious trophy from Laurel Awards 2008.
The Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council presents the annual Laurel Awards to honor excellence in design, sales, marketing and advertising in the region’s home building industry. This year, the award ceremony took place on August 6 at the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center in Rancho Cucamonga.

L&A Marketing and Advertising continually wins awards for its work with new home builders. This year, L&A won the Best Logo category at Laurel Awards 2008. The award applauds the agency's striking logo for Shea Homes’ Three-65 at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga.
L&A carefully considered the community's target market of young professionals and families in designing the Three-65 logo. The finished graphic reflects the fun, youthful vibe of the neighborhood with bright, bold colors that bring to mind an active, high-energy lifestyle.
In April 2008, L&A took home a Best Brochure award from MAME 2007, a home building awards program for the entire Southern California region. The award recognizes the innovative, cost-effective brochure for La Puerta by Horizon Communities in Adelanto. Featuring an area map showcasing schools, shopping and more, the brochure was such a hit that the local Chamber of Commerce also handed it out to visitors exploring the area.
One of the agency’s 2007 Laurel Awards, for the Tetherwind by Shea Homes brochure, paved the way for recognition at The Nationals 2008 as well. The innovative, kite-shaped brochure won the distinguished Regional Award for Best Brochure.
