(openPR) - Americana Community Bank (ACB) has hired Natasha Schroeder as its new Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Security Officer. Schroeder, a Waconia resident, oversees the compliance and security operations for all five Americana Community Bank branches.
With more than 12 years of experience in the industry, Schroeder specializes in banking operations, compliance and regulatory reporting. She most recently served as Compliance Officer for an independent Twin Cities bank.
A detail-oriented banking professional, Schroeder remains committed to ensuring that Americana Community Bank upholds its long-standing history of excellent security and compliance. In her new role, she will continue ACB’s policy of following industry-standard security practices.
