SiliconHire Announces the Release of AutoPAF™
San Jose, California – SiliconHire is pleased to announce the release of AutoPAF™, which will be for the use of thousands of Employers who hire foreign workers using Department of Labor's Labor Condition Application (ETA-9035 or LCA) for compliance purposes amidst stringent immigration policies under the new administration. AutoPAF™ is now available for subscription at http://autopaf.com from April 3, 2017.
AutoPAF™ is a lightweight downloadable software, on subscription basis, where the employers can upload LCA and generate a fully-compliant binder document, ready for signature and filing. Failing to comply with stringent Department of Labor laws on LCAs have resulted in employers being barred from future hiring and even labeled as willful violators, directly affecting their industry reputation. Subscriptions starts at as low as $9.99 and also offers Customization for Enterprise Edition for existing process integration.
AutoPAF™is Stage 3 of SiliconHire's broader Compliance Tool under development. The Stage 1 of its final product was released in 2016 as WageCounty on Google Play App Store and http://wagecounty.com . Stage 2 involves integration with DOL's e-filing system, allowing user to have full control and end-to-end compliance solution in just few clicks. Stage 2 is scheduled for early 2018, followed by a Final Product by 2019.
