Dixon Technologies (India) Pvt. The programme titled M.A.G.I.C. (Making A Great Impact on Customers) focused on the softer aspects of the interaction that their service staff has with its customers.
The programme helped create a common understanding of the procedures to be followed, across the UP region. At the completion of the programme, Ms. Devyani Bhatnagar, VP-Training, Chetna Consultancy Services said, “We are very happy with the outcome of the programme. It helped the management and the staff in understanding each others expectations. With the tremendous expansion plans that Dixon has, this programme was a beginning towards giving the staff the required ammunition to move along and grow with the organization.”
In addition, this turned to be a common ground for the staff to come together and discuss about the everyday problems faced by them in the field and ways of overcoming them. The interactive exercises, real life situation role plays, and easy to understand delivery helped the staff focus on the much neglected aspects like body language, personal grooming, and the need for service attitude.
