euroscript appoints Vincent Ulens as Managing Director of euroscript Luxembourg S.à r.l.

Bertrange (Luxembourg), 07-July-2008: Vincent Ulens has been named Managing Director of euroscript Luxembourg S.à r.l., effective as of 7 July 2008. He will replace Brigitte Hennemann, Managing Director of euroscript Luxembourg, who will move on to euroscript International as Vice President Sales Public Sector as of September 2008, in order to fully concentrate on fostering growth of the Public Sector on group level.

Vincent Ulens will be responsible for the areas of sales, partner management and marketing for Luxembourg, and will work closely with Franz-Josef Hirsch, who will remain managing director for euroscript Luxembourg, with focus on administration and delivery management.

Vincent has more than 20 years of professional experience, thereof 12 years in higher management positions. He comes to euroscript from Imprimerie Fr. Faber Luxembourg, where he was a member of the board of directors with responsibilities for management of the company, development of strategy and investment plans and restructuring measures.

“Vincent’s professional background, his knowledge of the Luxembourg market, his experience in managing people and his customer orientation in general make him the perfect fit for the position”, said Mark Evenepoel, Chief Executive Officer of euroscript International.

Vincent Ulens studied Marketing at EPHEC Brussels and law at UFSIA in Antwerp.
