“Having dealt with many Internet marketing agencies in the past, I know how disorganized a campaign can get if you don’t have a system that keeps track of all activities,” explains Frank Levert, CEO and founder of Levert Marketing. “The idea was to make it easy for our clients to keep track of what was being done for them and we believe this new system is a perfect solution,” adds Mr. Levert.
Core features of the project management system will include a support ticket system, a project module, a calendar of activities and a contact list.
With the project module, clients will have the ability to add new projects and assign a project leader and target budget to it. It will also be possible to get more granular details about each project by adding specific tasks to it. The progress of each task is being monitored by the system and reported with percentages and colour codes. “Many companies don’t have such system for their own internal activities and rely on “Wiki” systems to keep track of activities,” explains Levert. “Those systems are good for centralizing common terms or general information about a company but they are not efficient enough for managing projects and keeping track of what is being done internally or externally. As a result, an enormous amount of time is wasted and frustration builds up. Hopefully, our system will help eliminate that so our clients can focus on what matters the most for their business,” adds Levert.
In addition to the highly promising project module, the ticket system included in the system will offer the opportunity to keep track of all reported problems that may occur during projects. This way, the communication line does not get broken off with lost emails and records can easily be retrieved. “We hope our clients will enjoy the benefits of using this new project management system because their satisfaction really matters to us,” concludes Levert.
