Z-Wave Europe informs about Amazon Echo Integration at CeBIT 2017

Hohenstein-Ernstthal/Hanover, 23/03/2017 – Z-Wave Europe, the leading European Value Added Distributor for Z-Wave based wireless home automation, informs at the CeBIT show about the integration of Amazon Echo into ‘Z-Way’ smart home software.
The smart home company Z-Wave.me has managed to integrate the Amazon Echo voice control into its ‘Z-Way’ smart home software. Therewith numerous devices within the connected home can be controlled via voice commands.
Z-Way is used in various Z-Wave smart home gateways such as Popp HUB, My Cloud by Western Digital (WD) and the RaZberry extension module for Raspberry Pi. The appropriate Amazon Echo Skills for these smart home gateways are currently in certification process and will be available soon. Therewith the Amazon Echo voice control is also available for the large Raspberry community.

Z-Wave Europe displays a range of different smart home products with the manufacturer independent Z-Wave wireless technology at its booth.

The Z-Wave Europe CeBIT booth includes a partner presentation together with the brands Schwaiger Home4You, Fibaro and Popp. It is located in hall 14 (Planet Reseller/ Product area Smart Building) at the floor space H66-51 under the roof of the „International Communication Park“ (ICP@CeBIT).
