(openPR) - In the period from January till June 2008, M&A transactions with involvement of German corporations have been analyzed by VC-facts for the new M&A Yearbook that is sponsored by KP TECH.
More than 550 transactions have been analyzed for this survey (prior-year period 2007: 428 transactions). The majority in the IT, software and communication sector with a total of 72 deals. In the field pharmaceutical, chemical and life sciences a total of 47 transactions have been assessed and
the sector of renewable energy, environmental protection and disposal was involved with a total of 28 deals.
