(openPR) - With real estate prices considerably down coast to coast in the United States and the Euro almost record strong compared to the US-Dollar, European investors and real estate buyers are taking an even closer look into the high-end segment of the US property market.
Starting in July Homes and Ranches, LLC is going to extend its coverage of the high-end property market. Due to a recently increasing demand the US-based company will offer extraordinary properties also in the States of Idaho, Montana and Wyoming to its customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Mainly exclusive farms and corporate or family retreats in a price range between approximately US$ 1.5 MM and US$ 25 MM are requested by the affluent clientele from Europe.
Homes and Ranches management is aiming to build a third stronghold to its business besides its successful presentation of luxury properties in the Southeast (i.e. Florida, Georgia, Carolinas, etc.) and the Southwest (California, New Mexico and Texas).
‘After we could experience some significant price corrections in the US real estate market and with the advantage of a strong Euro, European customers and real estate investors are looking into solid investments into an extended US property market far beyond the usual vacation destinations of Florida and California’, comments Alice Stuebling-Salm, Managing Director of Homes and Ranches, LLC. ‘Of course the demand for our southern properties, especially for luxury property in Florida will persist, but we also see a significant increase in requests for properties in the northwestern States’.
Until end of this year Homes and Ranches, LLC is looking to establish approximately a dozen more partnerships with premier German-speaking brokerages, particularly in US States that are in the focus of European real estate buyers.
