(openPR) - Article 13 wholly supports the importance and notability of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on its 60th year Anniversary. As a member of the UN Global Compact (UNGC), Article 13 works against human rights abuses and details its actions through commitment to the 10 UNGC principles. Article 13 has made special effort this year to promote the freedom of all peoples regardless of race, religion, origin or ethnicity.
Each member of Article 13 has already shown support for the UNHR by joining the ‘Every Human Has Rights’ campaign and signing up to the 60 year old Declaration. To extend our advocacy of the anniversary to a greater audience Article 13 has put further information on the Universal Declaration for Human Rights on the website.
One of Article 13’s team said: “Every small action is valuable. Human rights are the foundation of a transparent and accountable society.”
