(openPR) - Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor, LLP (CKPT) is pleased to announce the development of the Intellectual Property Litigation and Counseling Practice Group within the Firm. Founding partner Darin M. Klemchuk has been named the Chair of this practice group.

CKPT’s intellectual property litigation practice provides patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, licensing, and prosecution among other forms of intellectual property counseling.

“From growing businesses with new ideas to established companies with broad patent portfolios, intellectual property counseling is an essential element of successfully competing in today’s market,” said Mr. Klemchuk. “The formation of this practice group allows us to better serve the needs of our clients.”

The Intellectual Property Litigation and Counseling practice will be accompanied by a website designed by CKPT as a resource in intellectual property. CKTP will launch www.ckptip.com on July 31.

Darin Klemchuk, an IP trial lawyer, focuses his practice on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation and enforcement. In addition, Mr. Klemchuk has extensive experience representing clients in commercial and business disputes, particularly software development, trade-secret, and non-compete disputes.
