(openPR) - Lakeshore American Legion Post 137 in Jacksonville, Florida is pleased to welcome everyone to the 2nd Annual Veterans Car Show, on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 17th. 2008. The public is invited to our open house on that day, where refreshments and entertainment will be provided. The event will begin at 8:00 am, judging for the car show begins at 10:00 am and awards will be presented at 3:00 pm. American Flags will be flown surrounding our entire property, as is the custom on all official holidays. All proceeds made from the Car Show will go to assist Veterans Programs on behalf of Post 137.
