(openPR) - Created in Pisa, Tuscany a new project named 'La Mia Toscana' (My Tuscany), that offers tourists solutions in fascinating itineraries. You can choose from the wine and gastronomic itineraries (Tuscan cooking classes, wine tasting and tasting of other typical products, escorted gastronomic excursions), to trekking itineraries (escorted excursions on the Tuscan hills, by foot, on mountain bike, horse-riding), cultural itineraries (escorted excursions in the discovery of medieval villages, castles and handicraft products, Italian language lessons) up to relax and comfort itineraries (with treatments at the Thermal baths) and to golfing (in combination with culture, gastronomy and art).
The consultant of the project, the Doctor Fazio Arianna, is satisfied with the results that have been reached with the first year of activity. "The guests of the farmhouses involved" she states" through our proposals and activities have been able to appreciate more profoundly what the province of Pisa can offer, with its history, traditions and cuisine. The guests found themselves absorbed in a true reality, genuine, in contact with the locals, tasting our products and learning a lot about Tuscan culture, all this in a variety of enchanting landscapes."
The project "La Mia Toscana" was founded in 2004 when 3 farm houses of the Valdera area, Badia di Morrona, Fattoria Fibbiano, Il Selvino, producers of oil and wine, decide to offer their guests, not only sleeping facilities in accommodation of quality provided with every comfort, but also new services and activities linked to the Tuscan and Pisan culture.
For the realization of this project the four farm houses asked for the help of a professional figure in this sector, Arianna Fazio, who has worked for a long period as a tourist escort and organizer of events and she in turn collaborates with other professionals and agencies in every sector.
A web site has been created called www.lamiatoscana.info from which visitors can pick the vacation that most interests them choosing among those tied to the cuisine and wine, those to sport or those to culture. The greatest point of strength for the group is that the visitor is also able to personalize their own vacation and therefore create his/her own ideal solution selecting the activities preferred.
