London, May 8 2008 - 3CX.com, the international developer of the award-winning 3CX Phone System for Windows has announced the appointment of ALLNET.de, the largest VoIP distributor in Germany, as a distributors of its Windows-based IP PBX in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
