(openPR) - DALLAS – The nationally recognized Family Law firm of McCurley Orsinger McCurley Nelson & Downing, L.L.P., is pleased to announce that Monica Cruz has joined the firm as an associate.
Ms. Cruz previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division for the Texas Attorney General’s Office. At McCurley Orsinger, she will focus her practice on Family Law, including divorce, child custody and collaborative law.

Ms. Cruz earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2005, after participating in the Summer Law Institute Study Abroad program at the University of Guanajuato in Mexico in 2003. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at Texas Tech in 1999.
