FORT MYERS, Florida, April 30, 2008 - Voogu Corporation ("Voogu") announces it has been incorporated as a Florida public benefit corporation. Voogu will be offering educators, artists, scientist, software developers and others interested in volunteering an avenue to share their knowledge and expertise via a new 3D virtual world.

Voogu plans to offer all education opportunities to its students at no-charge to the student. Its focus will offer alternative forms of education to students of all ages. Students with medical difficulties, home schooling and special needs may benefit most.

Voogu is registered as a non-profit organization and is seeking to obtain 501(c)(3) status. It will be based in Fort Myers, Florida, USA. www.voogu.com
