Stockashop websites are an easy and quick way to produce fully featured ecommerce websites with easy-to-use content management systems. Designed and developed over 2 years by the Sensable Team, Stockashop Designer is now ready to be released to the design community. The product is a perfect solution for designers who currently outsource web development, who are wishing to increase website output, or who want to offer web design but may have limited web development skills and knowledge.
As graduate designer and illustrator Matt Buchanan from Portsmouth University said,
“You really can’t lose, Stockashop helps me to create websites more efficiently without the fiddly bits. It takes care of the technical stuff so I can concentrate on the design.”

Stockashop Designer provides numerous benefits to designers, it is priced to enable optimum profits to be made with the added bonus of a generous monthly income stream. The development needed for the most complex website functionality has been done and all the options are selectable from a control panel. This means no more Dreamweaver nightmares, waiting around for development to be completed, or time wasted on server-side scripts. Those days are gone!

Freelance designer Angie from Surrey, is now expanding her business using Stockashop. She can offer her clients more reliable websites with all the functionality they require, in a fraction of the time it used to take. She said, “A Stockashop website takes me less than a quarter of the time it would take if I use Dreamweaver. I can now make far more profit now, I am acruing a great monthly income and I don’t have to pay for any development”. ANG

Every Stockashop website has a full content management system for the client’s use that’s ‘easy-to-use’ - even for the least computer literate. This has been clearly demonstrated over the 2 years by the Sensable team. Rackspace dedicated hosting provides the designer and client with very reliable services like email accounts, webmail, statistics, anti-virus tools and spam filter, and plenty of bandwidth. ...and it's UK’s first green hosting initiative.

Stockashop websites currently support the use of most web elements: CSS and html, javascript elements, flash elements, uploading media, selling and downloading digital files or products. The sites have been tried and tested for compatibility, search engine love them and they are W3c compliance.

A selection of clients' sites can be seen at http://www.stockashop.co.uk/examples.php

Purchasing an annual license for Stockashop Designer at the low price of £750 will provide access to: training, technical support, personal server interface, fully documented processes, easy to use control panel, control of domains, documented step by step guidance, and websites at a low cost per unit (£250 each). Purchasing a license will enable designers to ‘white label’ their own websites.

Sensable Media are opening the offices, in Shoreham by Sea, West Sussex on Thursday afternoons 4 until 6pm in May and Monday afternoons 4 until 6pm in June, for designers to go along and find out more. It is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed.
