Crazy Domains Launches Backup Solutions For Small And Medium-Sized Businesses

Leading domain registrar Crazy Domains has secured a partnership with Dropsuite, enabling the company to offer streamlined data backup solutions, recovery and protection.

Dropsuite offers data protection through its Dropmysite platform. Crazy Domains will integrate the service to allow customers to schedule backups automatically, monitor the performance of their websites and recover data when it gets corrupted or lost.

With the partnership, Crazy Domains will be able to offer backup solutions services to its 1.5 million customer database of small and medium businesses.

Crazy Domains offers domain hosting, web hosting, email, SEO and online marketing services. As a trusted online provider, the company has a 34% market share of all new .au registrations. Crazy Domains is now focusing on a variety of growth initiatives both within existing markets and its newly launched Asian presence.

Crazy Domains’ COO Gavin Gibson said that Dropmysite is like an insurance policy because of the automation of updates, which means that customers don’t have to remember to back up.

Dropsuite is known for partnering with a network of preferred resellers that are capable of reaching millions of subscribers. Crazy Domains will be naming the product Website Backup and offer the service to help customers safeguard their sites in a more efficient way.

Crazy Domains maintains backups within its own system for the security of customers. However, Website Backup will allow customers to take more control through an intuitive hosting console. This saves them from having to pick up the phone to get help and guidance, although the company’s professional technical support is always available for assistance.
