G2G3 Simulations Perfect the Profecto Portfolio
Press release from: G2G3
(openPR) - G2G3 (g2g3.com), the leading provider of gaming and communication solutions has announced an exciting new partnership with Profecto (profecto.se), the leading provider of Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) education and consulting services in Sweden
Profecto has licensed the Polestar IT Service Management (ITSM) simulation and the Polestar Project Management (PM) simulation from G2G3 to add value to the comprehensive range of Profecto education and consulting services.
Polestar ITSM is a highly interactive ITIL simulation which brings to life the challenges of implementing Service Management best practice in the context of a realistic and exhilarating scenario. This unique experiential learning approach creates accelerated understanding of Service Management to large audiences and transforms learning into an engaging, energetic and highly memorable shared experience. Polestar ITSM was the world's first ITIL simulation to be based around the latest version of the Service Management best practice framework, the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 3.
Polestar PM is an equally exciting simulation, using experiential learning to recreate the Project Management issues faced by many organizations through gaming dynamics. Participation in this simulation creates breakthrough understanding of the importance of communication and best practice project management techniques in the delivery of successful IT projects.
As a leading Swedish provider of education and consulting services in the areas of ITIL and Service Management, Profecto is accredited by ISEB and DF Certifiering to deliver ITIL V2 and ITIL V3 training. Profecto also provide their clients with on-site training and mentoring services in the areas of Service Management and IT project implementations.
Mark Ross Sutherland, CEO at G2G3 commented: “We are confident that the Polestar ITIL simulation and Project Management simulation will add significant value to the Profecto consulting and education portfolio. In many traditional education courses, it can be difficult to relate theory to real life. This is where the power of simulation steps in by creating an immediate, practical understanding of Service Management and Project Management.”
Peter Stjernström, Director of Profecto, commented: “Many companies today are facing the challenges of implementing ITIL successfully and delivering high quality IT projects. We see this partnership as an exciting way to address these challenges and a fantastic value add to our ITIL offering, bringing the proven G2G3 solutions to our Swedish customers.”
