True Blue Coffee Roasters Names Linda L. Keller Roastmaster As Continued Growth Shifts Management
Press release from: True Blue Coffee Roasters
(openPR) - Old Fields, WV - March 28, 2008 -- True Blue Coffee Roasters, the Old Fields, West Virginia, premium Organic gourmet coffee roaster, announced today that Linda L. Keller will assume the position of roastmaster previously held by Rob Luzader, who will shift his main focus to day to day operations of the rapidly-growing company as chief operations officer.
Keller, a co-founder and executive vice president of True Blue Coffee Roasters, has been roasting professionally for about 2 years. She received her professional roaster training from Luzader, who was trained by Ambex president Terry Davis in Clearwater, FL. She has been heavily involved in the research and development of many True Blue premium Organic gourmet coffee blends, including the popular blend named for her mother- Edith Mae's Sunshine Blend.
Most recently, Keller developed the dark roast coffee blend being served exclusively at Brother Juniper's Restaurant in Memphis, TN. The dark roast blend, named Brother Juniper's Supreme Dark House Blend, has been a huge success and was the final test for Keller before assuming the roastmaster title.
"It was a shock when Rob offered me the position of roastmaster. I absolutely love what I do and am pleased that others feel I am worthy of such a big responsibility," said Keller. "I pledge to follow in Roastmaster Rob's footsteps to provide the best coffee possible."
Luzader, who is also a co-founder of True Blue Coffee Roasters, saw the need for the management shift as the company has seen tremendous growth over the past year "I am extremely proud to hand over the role of roastmaster to Linda. She has worked and trained very hard for this. Her passion and commitment to providing the perfect roast is inspiring," said Luzader. "She will be a wonderful roastmaster, and I look forward to the coffees she will produce in the future."
