(openPR) - Dortmund, Germany, March 2008 – The diversely applied and Best Product awarded PARO palletising robot by roTeg is now becoming even more attractive: An optimisation of the control and a new technical design allow for an even higher palletising performance. The robot’s improved operation degree increases the usage options and the profitability for many applications.
The attractiveness of the PARO palletising robot continues to be unchanged and represents a palletising solution for cramped confines and flexible tasks for many companies from all branches. A new mathematical routine cares for an optimised calculation of the operation cycle and shortened motion distances. New high-performance drives enable a higher load capacity and allow for higher velocities.
The integrated packaging-scheme generator facilitates the automatic placement of products on the pallet according to a preset pattern. The program supports the user by suggestions for the optimal usage of the pallet surface.
The new procedure of analogous vacuum checking enables the constant diagnosis of the system, so a timely reaction, even prior to the occurrence of errors, becomes possible. Thus the availability of the robots increases noticeably.
The system will be presented at Interpack in Düsseldorf, Germany in hall 5, stand D33.
