eGrabber Announces Free Duplicate Analyzer for ACT!
San Jose, CA, March 12, 2008 - eGrabber Inc., the leading Silicon Valley - based provider of sales lead and resume data capture and processing solutions, today announced Duplicate Analyzer for ACT! - a free tool that helps ACT! users judge the quality of their database by giving a comprehensive report on the total number of duplicates found in their ACT! database.With Duplicate Analyzer, ACT! users will be able to detect hard to find duplicate records in their database. Duplicate Analyzer uses eGrabber's Fuzzy matching technology to intelligently scan the ACT! database and find duplicates that are created through data entry errors, import mapping errors, formatting variations, nicknames, common abbreviations and more.
Duplicate Analyzer installs as an ACT! Plug-in that can be run with a single click. The free scan is limited to 250,000 ACT! records.
